Camera Access

The app requires camera access to function. This is essential for capturing photos. All photos and videos are processed locally on your device.

We do not have access to your camera or photos. The camera permission is used solely to enable the camera functionality within the app.

Photo Library Access

The app may request permission to save photos to your device's Photo Library. This permission is optional and only requested when you choose to save a photo you've captured.

We do not access your existing photos. The Photo Library permission is used only to save photos that you explicitly choose to save.

Data Storage

All app settings and preferences (such as your chosen theme color, shutter speed presets, and user interface preferences) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system.

This data never leaves your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

VelocityLens does not use any third-party services, including:

• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Advertising networks
• Tracking or attribution services
• Cloud storage or backup services
• Social media integrations

Your photos and app usage remain completely private to you.

Internet Connection

VelocityLens does not require an internet connection to function. The app works completely offline. We do not transmit any data over the internet.

Children's Privacy

VelocityLens does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. It can be safely used by photographers of all ages.

App Permissions Explained

Camera: Required for the app to function. Used to capture photos.

Photo Library (Add Only): Optional. Only requested when you choose to save a photo. We cannot read your existing photos.

Data Security

Since all processing happens on your device and we don't collect any data, the security of your photos depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Using a strong device passcode
• Enabling Face ID or Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS software up to date
